Where is my data stored?

On your phone, and only there. Moment has no account and no cloud — see the privacy policy. To move your data out, use Settings → Export data, which produces a ZIP of spreadsheets with your full history.

How do insights work? When do they appear?

Moment looks for patterns in your check-ins and reflections — the reasons that keep coming back, the times you tend to slip, and how things like sleep relate to follow-through. Progress charts start filling from your first days; the deeper “why” insights unlock after about five days of logging.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: in Moment, go to Settings → Manage membership → Change or cancel subscription — or in iOS, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Purchases follow your Apple ID automatically. If the app doesn't unlock on its own, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings → Manage membership.

What does Moment do with Apple Health?

With your permission, it reads metrics you choose (steps, sleep, and so on) to show them alongside your entries and find correlations — read-only, on-device. You can change which metrics in Settings → Apple Health, or revoke access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Can I get my data off the phone?

Yes, anytime: Settings → Export data gives you a ZIP of CSV spreadsheets — every intention, check-in, and reflection. This works even if your trial has ended.
